Six-week Pottery Wheel Improver Course at The Potter's Wheel!
This adult-focused six week throwing course is aimed at anyone who has already completed a pottery wheel throwing experience session or has had a limited experience on a wheel and wishes to practise and further their pottery throwing skills. You'll learn to prepare the clay, create your own hand thrown pieces, trim your pots, use the sgraffito method, attach handles and create lids. This course also offers the opportunity for self-led work in weeks 4 and 5, as well as additional firings if desired.
Select your best pieces to be bisqued; then return to glaze them ready for firing.

Please note that we do not issue Gift Vouchers for future open bookings for any lessons due to the difficulty in being able to guarantee future place availability. Availability of your requested place(s) will usually be confirmed within 48hrs (excluding Sundays & Mondays) by a subsequent invoice request for immediate payment.
