5th October, 10:00am – 4:00pm with Lizzie of Ragged Life
Have fun turning old t-shirts and forgotten favourites into recycled works of art with the age-old skill of rag rugging.
In this full day class you will learn all the skills you will need to be able to make unique rag rugs, cushions and art to spice up your home.
Careful though, it’s addictive!
In this workshop you will learn the 3 British techniques for making flowers, and then choose another project to begin under supervision in the afternoon e.g. a rag rug cushion, rag rug wreath, bouquet, shopping bag or rug.
You will be provided with all the materials you need during the class but, as the charm of rag rugging is often in the memories attached to old clothes, you're welcome to bring along any of your own clothing you’d like to incorporate, particularly if you have clothing with sentimental value that you'd like to use.
Head over to our website to book your place. Any questions, just shoot Lizzie an email on hello@raggedlife.com - she'd love to hear from you; or visit https://www.raggedlife.com/pages/book-a-class
