Returns Policy for The Potter's Wheel

All artisan-created goods sold at The Potter's Wheel are handmade and therefore unique.
As such, collections of items (e.g. pairs) will tend to not be exactly identical and may have varying process marks on them.
On this basis all such goods are sold as seen.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item purchased from The Potter’s Wheel and you wish to return it, you must return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase.

For reasons of hygiene, jewellery must be unworn and returned in the original condition and packaging.

For a refund to be considered, you must provide evidence that you purchased the item from The Potter's Wheel. This could be the original receipt; or perhaps a bank statement showing the allocated debit. Provided the item meets the required returns conditions we will issue a refund using the original tender.

Craft Kits, Prints and Cards

Craft kits, prints and cards are eligible for exchange, like-for-like, should a genuine issue be identified and the goods in question returned with original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been altered, changed, damaged or defaced in any way
• Jewellery that has been worn or tried on (for reasons of hygiene)
• Personalised items with a name or special text on them; or fired with specially requested glazes or glaze effects

Changes to our Returns Policy

The Potter's Wheel reserves the right to amend its Returns Policy without notice. Any future changes to our Returns Policy will be posted to this page on the website and will not necessarily be posted in the shop.
